To commence your online CRB application, go to www.online.tmgcrb.co.uk and select REGISTER from the login screen.

Online application is a four step process:

  1. Complete personal details online
  2. Select ID for verification using the online help tool
  3. Print the form which will contain a unique barcode token and take it to a Post Office for verification. Please see this list to find post offices offering this service – http://postofficelocations.tmgcrb.co.uk/locations.pdf
  4. Pay for the CRB application at the Post Office £56.85 (Includes ID verification)

As part of your PCO -licence Application you will be asked to provide a reference number. If you are completing an online CRB Check application, you will be required to provide an “E Number”. This will be emailed to you if you select to receive email progress updates as part of your application. Otherwise it can be obtained by logging into your on-line application 3-5 days after submission.
